Uses

• Massage into the soles of your feet to relax before bedtime. Use in combination with dōTERRA Serenity calming complex capsules.
• Add two or three drops along with Epsom salt to a hot bath for a relaxing and restorative effect.
• For a calming effect, rub two or three drops into the back of the neck or the chest area near the heart.

How to Use

Topical: Massage: mix 5 drops with 10 ml of carrier oil. Bath: mix 5 drops with 5 ml of carrier oil. Perfuming: mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil.
