Curly mint is a sweet, refreshing herb used as a flavoring agent worldwide. It is commonly used in the production of gums, confectionery, and dental products due to its minty taste and breath-freshening ability. Curly mint is very different from peppermint, making it a milder option for use in both dishes and topical applications. In the kitchen, curly mint is often added to salads, drinks, and desserts, but it can also successfully be an ingredient in homemade salad dressings and marinades for meats.
