How to use

• local application on the skin: can be applied to the skin without dilution. Avoid UV rays for 12 hours after applying the product.
• inhalation: use with a diffuser or inhale the aroma directly from the bottle
• internally: add 1-2 drops to a capsule and drink with plenty of water, add 1 drop to a teaspoon of honey or a cup of beverage. Do not use internally in children under 6 years of age, and in older children use in greater dilution and with caution. Use for seasoning dishes.
