Mandarin has long been used in Chinese culture and herbal health practices. Its sweet, tangy aroma, similar to other citrus oils, is uplifting and invigorating. Mandarin essential oil is valued for its cleansing properties, and its aroma helps to alleviate anxiety and cope with stress.
• To improve your mood and invigorate your senses, place 1-2 drops of the oil in your hand, rub them together, and inhale the aroma for 30 seconds or diffuse in the room.
• Apply to body bends or abdomen to enjoy the uplifting aroma. If necessary, dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
• Topical use: Apply 1-2 drops to the desired area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to avoid skin sensitivity.
• Aromatic application: Use 3-4 drops in your chosen diffuser.
