The doTERRA Peace blend is made from floral, mint, and resin oils, as well as other essential oils that help maintain feelings of contentment, calmness, confidence, and tranquility.
Applications
- Apply to the neck and wrists to regain calm.
- Add to fractionated coconut oil and use for soothing massage.
- Rub in the soles of your feet in the morning to feel a surge of encouragement and confidence
- Apply to the soles of your feet before bedtime.
- Apply to the neck, wrists, and soles of the feet before yoga or meditation exercises.
How to use
Aromatic: Add three or four drops to any diffuser.
Local: Rub one or two drops into the chosen area. Dilute with dōTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin allergic reactions. Additional precautions: see below.
