Meet dōTERRA abōde™ Refreshing Blend
The characteristic doTERRA abode blend is an energizing combination of CPTG™ (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) essential oils, including distilled lime oil, litsea, cassia, lemon eucalyptus, tea tree, thuja, kochia eucalyptus, coriander (leaf), lavandin, and lemon myrtle. This formula is rich in effective ingredients such as limonene, citral, neral, and 1,8-cineole. Kochia eucalyptus, found exclusively in the semi-arid regions of Western Australia, has the highest concentration of 1,8-cineole (also known as eucalyptol) among all eucalyptus oils. The doTERRA abode oil will refresh you when you need it the most.

How to use
Massage: mix 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil. Bath: mix 5 drops with 5 ml of base oil. Perfuming: mix 1 drop with 10 drops of base oil. For external use only.
