How to use

• Dive into a relaxing Epsom Salt bath by adding three to four drops of diluted doTERRA ADAPTIV oil to the bathwater.
• Mix three drops with fractionated coconut oil for a soothing massage.
• Spread the oil in the room diffuser to promote a focused and calm mindset.

Usage instructions

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the selected area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
