Application:

• Mix 5 drops of Air X with 10 ml of base oil and perform a refreshing massage.
• Conduct a relaxing bath. Mix 5 drops with 5 ml of base oil and add to a bathtub filled with warm water; you can also add Epsom salt.
• Spray 5-7 drops of essential oil in the diffuser.
