How to use

• Apply to the neck and shoulders to induce a feeling of relaxation and reduce tension, or use with a carrier oil for massage.

• Add Epsom salt and enjoy soaking in a hot bath.

Usage instructions

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the selected area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

Aromatic application: Use three to four drops in your chosen diffuser.
