Sweet, spicy aroma of cinnamon bark is loved all over the world. Cinnamon oil is extracted from a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 14 meters tall and has very aromatic bark, leaves, and flowers. The history of culinary uses of cinnamon bark is long, while the essential oil from it is surprisingly versatile. Cinnamon is often used in mouth and gum rinses. It can also be diluted with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to create a warming massage blend for sore joints, which will be particularly beneficial in the cooler months.
