How to use

During the menstrual cycle, apply to the abdomen to experience a soothing and calming massage.
In moments of heat, apply to the skin for cooling and soothing.

Usage instructions

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the selected area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Aromatic application: Use three to four drops in your chosen diffuser.

Contraindications
