Essential oil of dill works perfectly in every home due to its herbal aroma. Dill seeds are known for their sharp, tangy, pleasant, and refreshing taste. The Greeks regarded dill as a symbol of wealth, while the Romans believed it brought good luck, which is why they made wreaths from it for athletes and heroes. In the kitchen, dill can be used in many different ways, for example, to enhance the flavor of salads, potatoes, fish, curry, vegetables, and rice.
