How to use

• Rub doTERRA Forgive Touch into your heart.
• Rub dōTERRA Forgive Touch on your temples.
• Have dōTERRA Forgive Touch on hand all day long.

Usage instructions

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the selected area. Dilute with doTERRA fractionated coconut oil to minimize skin sensitivity. Aromatic application: Use three to four drops in your chosen diffuser.

Contraindications
